2. Reservation Policy

When making a reservation through our website or by phone:

• All reservations are subject to availability
• We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the scheduled time
• For groups of 8 or more, please contact us directly
• Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time
• No-shows may be subject to restrictions on future bookings
• Special dietary requirements should be communicated at the time of booking

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled reservation time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the reservation time or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. For large groups (8+ guests), we require 24 hours notice for cancellations.

4. Dining Policies

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests:

• We operate a smart casual dress code
• Children are welcome; high chairs and children's menus are available
• Tables are held for a maximum of 2 hours during peak times
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted
• We accommodate dietary restrictions when notified in advance

5. Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For large group reservations, we may require a deposit or credit card guarantee. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Gratuity is at your discretion; a service charge may be added for large groups.

6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free from allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation. Our kitchen handles various allergens, and cross-contamination may occur. If you have severe allergies, please speak with our manager before ordering.
